Monitoring the binomial time-temperature;

- Individual monitoring of each "hot flush"
- 8 barrels monitored simultaneously;
- Individual record of the history of each barrel in the database.
The revalidation of the effectiveness of this system is carried out by methods of measurement, sampling, depth of toast according to quality parameters.
